As OC investigators suggested this morning, the spill motion has failed against the Troy Buswell, the somewhat disgraced WA Liberal leader who knelt before the chair of his staffer in front of quite a large number of witnesses, sniffed it and then crawled around in some way simulating the staffer's husband. It was all a bit of a joke. Now the joke's the Western Australian Liberal Party.
