Melbourne University Press overlord comrade Louise Adler, who has published the works of Antony Loewenstein, is apparently now keen to publish the opinions of convicted terrorist David Hicks and to pay him taxpayers' money to do so.
Adler is paid in excess of $200,000 per annum to apply our money to publish the work of extremist anti-semites and militants.
The comrade has even compared the anti-semite to Nelson Mandela. She is a publicly funded propagandist of the most shameless kind.
This inner-city leftist should no longer be in charge of making publishing decisions that involve the expenditure of public money.
Because Hicks is expected to be highly critical of the United States, Adler is perfectly happy directing even more taxpayers' money into assisting the terrorist. You could imagine her interest would rapidly decline if he suddenly emerged with pro freedom, pro US, pro Israel views.
Melbourne Uni Publishing is the custodian of millions of dollars of public monies. It ought be run by someone who understands that responsibility rather than an ultra-leftist desperate to misuse public resources to promote her own private hatreds.
Game on.
