The OC attended the tennis today, the guest of a notorious multinational who shall remain nameless although certainly not Nameless, and observed many young patriots in the crowd wearing the Australian flag.
There were very many dozens of Aussie flags in evidence. I am told by those who regularly attend that this is common these days at such events. Many Aussie tennis fans attend big tournaments around the world as well similarly adorned, expressing love of country and support for Australian tennis.
Isn't that just fantastic? Despite the best efforts of their pinko and greenist teachers, young Aussies love the red, white and blue.
Makes you wonder what the hippy leftists who organise the Big Day Out and purported to ban the Australian flag from the Sydney concert are smoking? It should come as no surprise that organisers were keen to book the "Sick Puppies".
Naturally the ABC and the Australian Democratssupports the ban and are jealous they hadn't thought of it earlier, perhaps they should drop the Australia bit of their name and become the BC (appropriate given their pagan beliefs) and the Democrats respectively (they might also have to drop the plural 's' if they get any smaller, perhaps replacing the 'd' with an 'f' would also be appropriate).
Game on.
